Who we are
A family business, rooted in hospitality.
Urban Universe London is a family-run company that looks after homes, serviced apartments and aparthotels on behalf of the people who own them.
We began with a simple belief: beautiful places deserve to be run beautifully, and the best hospitality comes from understanding people rather than following a script. We would rather look after fewer properties exceptionally well than many properties adequately.
Our emblem is a London house drawn with an artist’s eye: a little off-kilter, full of character, with a garden climbing its walls and a star above the chimneys. It is how we see every property we look after. Not a unit or an address, but a small universe of its own, with a personality worth bringing out.

The York is presented as an example of the founder’s hands-on hospitality and operations experience. Urban Universe London does not claim to own, lease or operate the building under an Urban Universe London contract.
The privacy of home. The care of a five-star hotel.
Serviced apartments give guests something hotels rarely can: a front door of their own, room to live and the freedom to keep their own hours. What they often lack is care.
We bring hotel thinking into private homes. Linen that is properly pressed. A welcome message that answers the question before it is asked. The boiler serviced before winter, not after the complaint. It is not about handing over keys and cleaning rooms. It is about anticipating what people need, and looking after the property as if it were our own.

The people behind Urban Universe London
Hospitality people, not a property corporation.
Urban Universe London is led by Valerie Demtroeder, whose career runs from international luxury hotels and VIP private aviation to the day-to-day operation of more than 200 London residential units. She is supported by family, trusted housekeeping and maintenance teams, and specialists in legal, commercial and digital work.

We visit, look at the building with a hotelier’s eye and recommend the approach that genuinely suits it: full management, selected services or leasing.
